Expansion: Bandai HGBF/HGUC 1/144 "Titan Assault" (RX-178 Mark-II) Gundam + HGBC Powered Arms Powereder
I'm a fan of waiting for better stuff to come in, and in this case, it was in the form of the HGBC 1/144 Powered Arms Powereder pack. Essentially, I attached this to the Titan Assault Gundam that I had before.

Gundam Mods: HGUC Hazel Sniper (Scout upgrade)
Originally, this mecha was designed as a scout mecha, as seen in this link: Kitbash - HGUC Hazel Scout. However, as the Gundam Build Fighter parts came in, this upgrade happened. Along with some parts compression as I was compacting more of my Hazel designs into fewer mecha frames, this modified design became an end-result. It was short-lived, though, since the design has since gone back to a "default" of sorts (I'll show it in an upcoming entry). For now, here it is: a Hazel Sniper.

Kitbash: HGUC Hazel Scout
This kitbash project came along as an idea to mimic the then-incoming HGUC GM Sniper. I dug up some references to the "hidden" HGUC unit, the Prototype RX-178 Mark II Gundam, then made the following changes:
1) Used the RG Rifle weapons system based on the 08thMS GM Sniper Rifle
2) Used the Sniper Shoulder Armor and Chest/Waist Added Armor, from the Prim Rose Add-on set
3) Used the GM Quel lower body, with a standard Hazel upper body and head.
4) Used the "bunny snout" mask and the RX-178 head vulcan unit "headphones".
5) Used the RX-178 Mark II backpack.
In "pre-drop" mode. I can imagine that this can be its mode of getting around, if it's not using the big rifle. In this case, the G-Defensor's Rifle will be used.
I've imagined this as a space-to-reentry setup, but defintely it would be hard to use as a sort of atmospheric base jabber, particularly since the G-Defensor backpack is practically as separate ship.
A more "standard" Hazel configuration.

It fairly managed to pull off the GM sniper vibe, I think...

Kit Bash: Hazel/NT-1
This particular kitbash came about with the observation that the Armor that came with the Primrose add-on kit was based on the added armor for the NT-1.
So, I took the arms off an NT-1, and then used an old ball-to-rod shield attachment piece from the HGUC RX-78-2 (original version) to connect the NT-1 shield to the Hazel backpack system. The bazooka, on the other hand, is from an HGUC RX-178 Mark II Gundam. The gun is a standard Hazel Machine gun. I used the "bunny snout" mask, as it seemed to jive with the rest of the added armor pieces.

Hazel Sundays: Advance of Zeta, Gundam El-ahrairah!
A few years ago, I became rather obsessed by a whole subsection of Bandai's HGUC Gundam line, the Advance of Zeta series. I guess it's because it had a nice, somewhat obscure literary reference (Watership Down!), and the mecha had a lot of.... Well, they were meant to be bashed together.
For the next few Sundays, I'll be uploading some AoZ/Hazel ideas that I'm sure will be fun to see.

Hazel Gundam "El-Ahrairah"
One of my favorite designs - and probably the most insane. It's got all the big weapons of the AoZ line that its kind of mecha can carry (and which are available as model kit add-ons). I still have no idea how it moves, hahahah!
