This is another one of my older modification or kitbash projects. One of the big weaknesses I already saw in the original design was that there was no way for it to arm itself except for the fin fannels, since both arms were essentially just support systems for the larger shields.
Here is a photo of the original design, which shows what the problem is.
With the new Battle Frame, this modification/kitbash can now have a proper way of holding on to weapons:
Even better, most of the parts can now fly off, making this kitbash an interesting semi-combiner.
