This particular Gundam modification was done with the use of some special HGBF campaign parts, and an add-on set normally used for the XN-Raiser mod of the 00 Gundam.
1) The basic design takes advantage of a standard HGGS Strike body and legs. In this case, however, special HGBF campaign parts designed to allow shoulder transitions from a 1/144 body to 1/100 arms allowed for the "King Kong" arms.
The XN Backpack has a plug in that practically fits the back plug-in mount of the Strike perfectly.
2) Here is the Kong using the swords with the large hands.
3) Finally, here is the Kong using an Evangelion Sniper Rifle to great effect.
